When you use the Explora app, we collect the following information:- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your Google or Apple account details, along with the username you create.- Game Data: We store information related to your game progress- Steps data: After requesting your consent explicitly, we collect your step count when you log steps into the app.
Third party authentication
Users authorize Explora app to access and use certain information from their Apple or Google account to facilitate the registration and login process.This information might include their email address. We do not collect, store, or have access to Apple or Google account passwords.
Step tracking : Platform-specific information
Depending on your platform, the source of your steps data is different. On Android devices, we use the Google Fit api, and are bound to comply to Google Fit data policy (https://developers.google.com/fit/policy).Explora use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
On iOS devices, we use the device's pedometer sensor data, as well as step data from Apple Health. We do not collect your location at any point. We host your data in a secure environment and do not share it with additional third-parties.
Information Usage
We use the information collected to:
- Facilitate your use of the app, including saving your game progress.
- Develop and improve the app's features and functionality.
- Respond to user inquiries and offer support.
Information Sharing

In addition, we do not share your personal information with other third parties, except in the following situations:
- To comply with legal obligations and law enforcement requests.
- To protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

Account deletion
By accessing the app settings, users can decide to delete their account, which effectively deletes all their data related to Explora from our structure, and unlinks third party integrations (social authentication, google fit). This action cannot be undone.

The app allows users to create accounts using third-party services such as Google and Apple.
The app collects usage data and device identifiers for analytics purposes, which is shared with Google Firebase.
The app collects anonymous data related to in-app purchases via our partner RevenueCat.
Our app uses Admob Mediation by Google to display optional ads. Here are the partners that can access limited user data such as device identifiers in order to display ads :
